Oh so reliable Rex Windwood here to bring you the goods for the second to last week of NFL DFS this season. Okay so I haven’t been that reliable. I’ve only produced an article in twelve out of nineteen weeks this season. Still, that’s a better completion rate than seventeen starting quarterbacks this year. I’m pleasantly snugged between Tyrod Taylor and Blaine Gabbert, which sounds…...

Stuffing your face, yelling at the TV, and sweating profit and loss…that’s what Thanksgiving is about. Maybe add in some awkward family conversations about how you still don’t have a girlfriend and how you need to call Grandma more frequently. But DFS is what we’re focused on and winning a turkey-sized stack of hundreds is the goal. In this special edition of the Sexy Rexy column, I’m…...
We’re right in the meat of the NFL season now. After a humbling start, I’m back on track to have a successful season. Here’s my bankroll tracker:… Membership Required You must be a member to access this content.View Membership LevelsAlready a member? Log in here...
After starting the year on a four week losing streak, I’m now on a four week winning streak. I probably just jinxed myself though so way to go Rex. Week 8 Lineup Review As I mentioned in last week’s article, Todd Gurley was an absolute must-play. If you didn’t roster him, we might need to have a talk. His defense was also a must-play at home…...
Welcome to Week 8. I’m pleased to say that after starting the season taking losses in weeks 1-4, I’ve had good success the past three weeks to get back to break even. I think next year I might significantly lower how much I play in the first four weeks of the season because it’s harder to predict how players will perform without much data to use…....
After a week off from writing the column, I’m back like cooked crack and ready to dish out the goods (daily fantasy picks). Week 6 was hectic for me at my real job, and I’m more motivated than ever to win the milly this week and retire. This week, I’m going to focus more on GPP plays since again I’m looking to leave the corporate world…...
So it’s getting to the point where I’m a strong contrarian indicator. I might tweet my FanDuel lineup early this weekend so you know who to avoid. Week 4 Lineup Review Week 4 was a week where a lot of the popular plays stunk (outside of Devonta Freeman). Let’s take a look at what went wrong and what went right (did anything?) In week 4,…...
Another week, another donation to FanDuel users everywhere. No doubt this has been a rough start to the daily fantasy season for me. I mean…I’m losing to this guy on FanDuel: As always, when playing any game with some chance involved it’s important to emphasize process over results. A bad pick can still yield good results and vice versa as illustrated by this complex process/results chart…...
I’ve been trying to think of how to describe Week 2 for a while now and have decided a picture might work better…. Membership Required You must be a member to access this content.View Membership LevelsAlready a member? Log in here...
Last week was a learning experience. If you had a bad week 1, don’t worry. It’s a long season and week 1 is probably the hardest week of the year since we don’t really know what teams are going to do in live action. For those that pay close attention, DFS should get easier as teams become more predictable. I recommend scaling your money in…...
Welcome to Week 1 (That sounds nice, doesn’t it?). It truly is like Christmas morning. Before we dive into Week 1 plays – and by the way I’ll talk about both FanDuel and DraftKings picks – I think it’s always good to do some reflection and self-examination, and there’s no better time than now. Anyone who wants to be a serious player should download their performance history…...
Rex Windwood is a daily fantasy football addict with a penchant for giving away his daily fantasy winners. He has created a high ROI for himself by specializing in NFL daily cash games with an eye towards value and risk management. It’s Conference Championship weekend which also signifies the end of NFL DFS for the season. With only two games on the slate, we are…...
Rex Windwood is a daily fantasy addict with a penchant for giving away his daily fantasy winners. This is basically the last weekend of decent NFL DFS until next season *sad face*. Let’s end it right with a solid, profitable…...
Rex Windwood is a daily fantasy addict with a penchant for giving away his daily fantasy winners. He has created a high ROI for himself by specializing in NFL daily cash games with an eye towards value and risk management. Regular season over. No more physics-defying catches from Odell Beckham Jr. No more JJ Watt selfie sacks. No more money signs from Johnny Football (…okay…...
Follow me @RexWindwood I’m going to say something that will make me sound like some asshole, spoiled kid with no appreciation for hard work: Daily Fantasy Football isn’t that hard. If I told you I’ve increased my bankroll by over 5000% from the start of the 2014 NFL season until now, what would you say? Based on that statement alone, you would probably say something…...
