Who are the best dynasty assets ever? Shawn Siegele re-drafts and then ranks every rookie draft class from 2015 to 2024.
The other day I began an article where I redrafted the 2024 rookie class with our current information. That simple exercise led to all sorts of compelling and provocative questions.
- How far does Caleb Williams fall now that it’s taken him just half a season to get an OC fired?
- How high does Bo Nix rise now that he’s beaten expectations and demonstrated the all-important hybrid ability?
- Do elite prospects like Rome Odunze and Xavier Worthy slide below lesser WRs who have found immediate success?
- What do we make of Jonathon Brooks’ delayed arrival? Can we still put him ahead of upstarts like Bucky Irving and Tyrone Tracy if he’s suddenly laboring in a long-term committee?
But then a different idea popped into my head. Why simply re-draft 2024 when we could do it for every draft class of the last decade and then pit the classes against each other?
