Week 10 did not exactly overflow with offensive output. The great Rich Hribar shows here how inept offenses were generally in the week that was.
This had an impact on fantasy output, especially regarding tight ends. There were only eight touchdowns scored by TEs in Week 10, which is not a lot, I’m sure you’ll agree. Only 10 players managed double-digit PPR points; one is rostered on approximately zero teams in ESPN leagues. That’s a bit harsh on Tanner Hudson, but I’m just recounting facts here.
Stats do not include players from Monday Night Football
Here are three players you can scoop up off the waiver wire and plug into your lineups for the Week 11 games. I’ll also briefly — briefly — touch on another who might be worth considering, but expectations should be tempered if you go down that path.
Will Dissly (Available in 98.3% of ESPN Leagues) vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Will Dissly has averaged a robust 8.5 PPR points over his last four games, going back to Week 6. As the Chargers have begun to pass the ball more, Dissly has been one of the major beneficiaries, as his target share since Week 6 can attest to.
Dissly could hardly ask for a better matchup this week as the Chargers take on the Bengals. The Bengals have allowed the fifth-most receptions and the sixth-most receiving yards to TEs this season. In their last five games, they’ve allowed an average of 17.6 PPR points to TEs, and a TE has cleared 45 yards and/or scored a touchdown against them in their last four.
