Week 7 is a tricky one. The best matchups aren’t without their red flags, and most of the best plays have their upside thoroughly baked in in daily fantasy. But all isn’t lost! The worst OPRK offenses are all available in most leagues, and we have a string of exploitable multiweek windows coming up for several top D/STs. The brutal injury to Aidan Hutchinson along with the Lions’ matchup with the undefeated Vikings means you may find the best defense in football on some waiver wires come next week, so now is the time to plan ahead. Let’s take a look at what the next four weeks look like:
Buffalo Bills (Available in 63.1% of Leagues/$3500 on DraftKings)
Will Levis has emerged as that D/ST target that combines wild turnovers with a low-octane offense. The Titans are dead last in opponent rankings for D/STs, giving up an average of 20 fantasy points per game when playing better-than-average defenses during the first three weeks. The Buffalo Bills are a better-than-average defense. Their stats look a little deflated after their three game run taking on the Ravens, Texans, and Jets, but they’re still allowing opposing offenses the sixth-worst EPA-per-play (per the RV Advanced Team Stats Explorer), and finding ways to pressure opposing QBs consistently. This isn’t the week to stop targeting the Titans. The Bills’ recent run of tough opponents has left them available in more leagues than usual, and they’ll be a popular pickup this week.
