Dak And A Couple Rookie Hopefuls For Week 9 FanDuel DFS Needs

This weekly article is a deep dive into some guys with exploitable matchups, something to prove, or who are just great deals on FanDuel. The goal is always to help you win money on a week-to-week basis. Barring that, at least you can have some fun playing DFS, in which case this article can help you get started on the road to profitability. Each week I’ll use the RotoViz tools to suggest top plays and sleeper picks for each position on FanDuel.

Quarterbacks

MUST-HAVE: DAK PRESCOTT – $8,200

Dak Prescott is the cheaper option in the Cowboys vs. Eagles matchup by about $800 on FanDuel. The Cowboys need to show up for this game against the Eagles and they need the Los Angeles slayer. That would be Dak who has finished QB1 and QB3 in the last two weeks, averaging 26.5 points during that span. Also according to our Game Splits App, Prescott has been on fire in his last three appearances against the Eagles. Averaging 30.23 PPG against those Eagles since 2020 should be a big reason for you to go and grab him.

SLEEPER: JAREN HALL – $6,300

Jaren Hall is a risky play, but I’m down after watching Will Levis smoke this defense last week. I think the lack of tape and hopefully the weapons around Hall can make him stand out and produce this week on FanDuel. Hall in college was a good running QB who worked well out of play action. Look for him to take shots with Jordan Addison and pick apart the middle with T.J. Hockenson. This is what some would call a deep sleeper, but I’ll say this: sometimes you got to risk it for the biscuit.
