I wrote the full intro for this article yesterday. Suffice it to say that Week 8 was everything we’ve been dreaming about for an NFL Sunday. The 2022 season has finally arrived, or at least we can tell ourselves for a few glorious days. If Week 9 brings evidence to the contrary, at least we got one glorious week to enjoy and a few fleeting days to savor it.
