With the season almost upon us, I’ll look at the various backfields across the NFL. Let’s look at the AFC East and West. Welcome home, football!

Buffalo Bills
Devin Singletary
Devin Singletary started this offseason as a surefire starter by ADP, but gamers have cooled on his outlook. Singletary’s median range of outcomes appeared to have him locked in as an RB2 this season. However, recent news on Singletary has led to gamers adopting a more bearish outlook.
Singletary saw 18 red zone carries and was mildly efficient with his carries.
Josh Allen was the team’s best red-zone rushing threat, and the team bafflingly continued to feed septuagenarian RB Frank Gore the rock in high leverage situations. Looking back at Singletary’s 2018 season, it is easy to see why the Bills brought in competition.
Zack Moss
Zack Moss has had a very solid training camp and is apparently pushing Singletary for lead-back duties. Moss checks in at No. 2 on Shawn Siegele’s updated Zero-RB Countdown. It should come as no surprise that RotoViz is backing the player with pass-catching upside. I mean, look at some of these comps:
