D.J. Chark took a huge step forward in 2019 and now Jaguars watchers expect him to take another. From RotoViz News:
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver D.J. Chark Jr. is having “an outstanding camp,” says John Oehser of Jaguars.com, who added that Chark “has the feel of a player ready to accelerate his development.” Considering how much Chark accelerated things from a terrible 2018 rookie season to a Pro Bowl 2019 season, the fact that he’s receiving this kind of praise speaks volumes about his potential in 2020. The Jaguars might be bad this year, but the Gardner Minshew/D.J. Chark connection should be incredibly strong, and Chark should be considered a solid WR2 option.

Just take in those names. Calvin Johnson, Julio Jones, Mike Evans, Andre Johnson.
It might seem like Chark can’t possibly measure up to the legends of the last decade, but he’s a physical marvel capable of following in their footsteps. One of the Freak Score stars of the 2018 draft, his speed and explosion numbers blow past the 90th percentile.
