The Fallout of the Spencer Ware Injury

Spencer Ware suffered what looked to be a season-ending injury in the third preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks. After catching a short pass, Ware’s right knee buckled under him and he had to be carted off the field. It appears that Ware avoided a significant injury, as preliminary reports indicate he suffered a PCL injury and his ACL is intact. Ware could be set to miss anywhere from two to eight weeks, and the Kansas City backfield is now up for grabs.
