Welcome to the first entry in our RotoViz User Guide Series! In this collection of articles, I’ll be sharing videos designed to help users better navigate our data, locate information within our tools, and understand how these tools can assist you throughout the season. Each video will highlight specific ways to use our tools for different purposes. While some videos may focus on a particular week and are integrated into our RotoViz Fantasy Football Show, they serve as a great resource for becoming more familiar with the RotoViz apps and learning how our team utilizes them to manage fantasy teams and stay informed as fantasy managers.

Weekly Game Level Similarity Projections

Our Game Level Similarity Projections offer users valuable insights into the potential stat line and fantasy points a player might produce in a given week. These projections leverage historical data, comparing a player’s past performance with similar players who have faced comparable defenses. By analyzing the outcomes of these matchups, users can gain a clearer understanding of how a player may perform in the upcoming week.

In the below video, I overview the process of how they are built and use the app to consider some players for Week 2 of the 2024 season.
