Unfortunately, from a real football perspective, the slate yesterday was filled with blowouts. We did see some great fantasy games from a number of players. Most of these players projected for high-ownership in DraftKings DFS. For a contrarian player like myself, that was not great news.
Christian McCaffrey ($9200) scored 51.70 DraftKings points — a full 21 points above the next highest-scoring running back on the main slate. It just so happens that the next highest-scoring RB was Kyren Williams ($6000). Both of these running backs were extremely chalky. Chances are if you were playing in a smaller field, you did not cash without one of these two players, because a lot of people played both.
We are going to take a look at my lineup that I played yesterday in the NFL $8K Blind Side. This is a single-entry contest with a 345-person field. We will see what we can learn from this week moving forward to make us better DFS players.
