Travis Etienne had 19 total opportunities in Week 7, good for 18.7 total expected points, both career highs. By contrast, James Robinson did not have a single carry, and was targeted just once.
Robinson was subsequently traded to the Jets, seemingly guaranteeing that Etienne will get this sort of opportunity for the foreseeable future. While Etienne has had to split work with Robinson for the previous six weeks, he has generally performed well with his limited opportunity.
