Rookie Report Card: Kyle Pitts is the 2021 Rookie Tight End Unicorn We Expected

The NFL Playoffs may still be going on, but the 2021 Fantasy Football season is behind us. It’s time to take a look back at some of the top NFL rookie performers at every offensive skill position to help gauge where their fantasy future may be headed!

Why just the rookies? Year one can often tell us quite a bit about an NFL player, but historically the most important leap in production and efficiency often happens in year two. Hopefully, this series can help us find the right rookies to believe in for next season and beyond!

Today we’ll be checking out the tight end position. Kyle Pitts became the first rookie tight end in 60 years to eclipse 1000 yards. Pat Freiermuth also broke out in a big way as a rookie. Are there any other tight ends to believe in moving forward? Let’s dive into the numbers and find out.
