More than a few eyebrows were raised when the Atlanta Falcons spent the fourth overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft on Kyle Pitts. No tight end in NFL history had ever been drafted so early. This was no mere whim, however. Pitts had enjoyed a productive college career with Florida. He looked like the prototype for the modern NFL TE. So how did he do in his first season?
