Get an early start on your preparation for the upcoming week with the RotoViz Monday Review tool. In this weekly article, Blair Andrews reviews some of the most interesting observations from the tool and the last week in fantasy football.
A previous version of this article was titled “The Fantasy Waste Land.” I had rewritten the entire first stanza of T.S. Eliot’s The Waste Land, subbing in references to what happened in Week 3. It was not good — actually it was ridiculous, in the most literal sense of that word — but I still stand by the first line: Week 3 is the cruellest week.
If you don’t believe that, consider that K.J. Hamler tore his ACL in the same week that Christian McCaffrey and A.J. Brown both suffered hamstring injuries. And on top of it all, we were offered a stark reminder that Jonathan Taylor plays for the Colts. As if adding insult to injury weren’t enough, Peyton Barber finished as a top-five RB.
But was Week 3 really all bad? Let’s dig into the new (and improved) Monday Review tool for some clearer insight.
Sam Wallace has you covered with 21 players to consider for your Week 4 waiver pickups. Shawn Siegele offers early (yet in-depth) reactions to everything he saw on Sunday.
