Shawn Siegele profiles the rising stars, biggest busts, and best buy lows after another sterling week of NFL football.
It was another exciting week of fantasy with many of the biggest stars bouncing back after a poor Week 1. Julio Jones made up for his much-discussed personal foul, putting up over 100 yards in the first half and recording a strong fantasy performance even without the questionable touchdown overturn. Mike Evans put his stamp on the Tampa Bay receiving group, and Calvin Ridley muddled through another bleak Falcons performance to post 10 targets, 63 yards, and a score.
I’ll touch on a little bit of everything today, but the emphasis is on locating a wide variety of buys. Some are young, emerging players where we want to stay ahead of gradual increases in price, some are bounceback candidates after disappointing starts. I’ll also continue to look at coaching tactics that influence fantasy production and provide a quick look at Zero RB developments ahead of tomorrow’s Ultimate Watch List.
