Shawn Siegele encourages you to check out the debut of Stealing Bananas and explains why a stealth juggernaut could be the offense you need to target in 2021.
This past week has been special for me personally, as Ben Gretch makes his return to RotoViz Radio as my co-host on Stealing Bananas. Ben’s the Stealing half, and I’m the Bananas half, and together we hope to bring you a fun show that has little to do with pilfering produce.
Each week we’ll be looking at one big question over three separate episodes that all take a different angle. We’ll also occasionally have a guest provide feedback on the topic, and we brought out the big guns in our opening week. Evan Silva joined us to talk about the way player talent influences volume projections, including last year’s 378-carry, 2,028-yard season from Derrick Henry.
I’m also looking forward to periodically diving into these topics from a different perspective on the site. We asked Evan to tap a league-winning player for us and got an entire offense instead. In today’s article, I look at how this potentially underpriced unit could play a big role for contingency-based drafters.
