Every season, fantasy gamers look for the hidden upside players possess during draft season. In this article, Zachary Krueger takes a look Konami Code quarterbacks and how their expected points can predict fantasy success.

In recent years, Konami Code quarterbacks have become a driving force of fantasy success. Taking a quick look at the top-12 quarterbacks in PPR from the 2020 season, it’s apparent that rushing upside leads to massive fantasy production.

Of the top-12 quarterbacks from the 2020 season, six of them finished among the top-10 at their position in rushing yards. Furthermore, seven of these quarterbacks finished in the top-10 among quarterbacks in rushing expected points.

Over the last several seasons, rushing quarterbacks have led to an increase in overall fantasy points. Here we see the top-12 quarterback’s PPR and ruEP from 2015 to 2017, compared to what we have seen over the last three seasons.
