Week 14 Review
Targets
Packers @ Lions
Vikings @ Buccaneers
Titans @ Jaguars
Low-owned Game Stack
Falcons @ Chargers, Steelers @ Bills
The Packers and Titans games were exactly what we hoped for, with top fantasy options having excellent days, outside of Aaron Jones. The Vikings-Buccaneers game disappointed, in part to Dan Bailey missing multiple field goals and extra points. With a wider margin than it should have been, the Buccaneers shifted to more of a run-heavy attack late. The Falcons-Chargers game was much lower scoring than anticipated, despite each teams’ pass-centric approaches. Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs thrived despite the tough matchup, but the Steelers’ lack of a running game and continuing drop issues kept this game in check.
Fades
Cowboys @ Bengals
Patriots @ Rams
Ravens @ Browns
The first of the two fade matchups went reasonably well, with the Patriots only scoring three points and the Bengals struggling throughout the game. However, the Ravens and Browns absolutely shattered the total, rushing for eight consecutive touchdowns between them. Lamar Jackson has had a disappointing fantasy year, but this game serves as a reminder of his monstrous upside. On to week 15 and the fantasy semifinals.
