The Process
Before I look at Week 10, it is important to see if my process was successful. Here is a recap of last week’s recommendations. If you need a refresher on what to look for when analyzing defenses, read the first few paragraphs of Streaming Defenses — Week 2 article.
The Tennessee Titans did what we expected and came through for us with a second-place finish for the week. The Chicago Bears offense proved to be lifeless. Going into the fourth quarter, the Titans were up 17-0 on the Bears, before the Bears ripped off 17 straight garbage time points. The Titans had a very good shot at being the No. 1 scoring defense for the week. Daniel Jones, for the first time in his career, had zero turnovers, because, of course.
The Football Team was able to get home and record five sacks. Unfortunately, with zero turnovers, we weren’t able to garner more points. Tua Tagovailoa proved to be another great QB from this loaded 2020 quarterback class with a very efficient showing. This game was as exciting as we had hoped for it to be, unless you owned the opposing defense.
Still, the RotoViz Pace App and Strength of Schedule Streaming App proved to be predictive last week and we’ll be looking at those again this week. Let’s keep the momentum going into this week.
