Week 11 Review
Targets
Cincinnati @ Washington
Packers @ Colts
Titans @ Ravens
Low-owned Game Stack
Jets @ Chargers
The Joe Burrow injury cratered a promising start to the Washington-Cincinnati matchup, but each of the other games hit. The Colts and Packers delivered a shootout, Derrick Henry iced the Ravens in overtime, and targeting the passing attack of the Jets’ opponent was again a smashing success. Justin Herbert passing stacks with Henry as a pivot off of other chalky RBs were an ideal contrarian lineup. This was a strong week for the targets.
Fades
Falcons @ Saints
Cowboys @ Vikings
Lions @ Panthers
I said Taysom Hill would likely need touchdowns to find his ceiling in a weaker peripheral game environment, but he did. Alvin Kamara salvaged his zero-reception day with a touchdown. I don’t expect Kamara to be that uninvolved in the passing game again, but he is ceiling will likely be lowered until Brees returns (expected to be Week 15). The Cowboys and Vikings matchup was a barnburner, with neither defense offering resistance, eliminating the pace concerns that I had. The Lions and Panthers game was a dud, but this was a mediocre week for the fade list. On to week 12.
