NFL DFS Cash Game Core – Week 5
Quarterback
Teddy Bridgewater – $5900
The Falcons have been a blow-up spot for opposing QBs all season.
- Week 1 – Russell Wilson posted 322 passing yards and four TDs
- Week 2 – Dak Prescott blazed 450 passing yards and one TD
- Week 3 – Nick Foles managed 188 passing yards and three TDs in a partial game
- Week 4 – Aaron Rodgers smirked his way to 327 passing yards and four TDs
I am admittedly not the biggest Teddy Whitegloves fan, at least for fantasy purposes. However, the trends are too good to ignore here. Giana Pacinelli named Bridgewater her pick of the week, mentioning that the Panthers’ porous defense also insures he’ll have unlimited pass attempts in a game with a projected total well over 50 points.
Deshaun Watson – $6900
If you don’t trust Bridgewater, for just $1000 more you can roster Watson this week. He’s a 5.5-point home favorite against the Jaguars and will be sporting that victory-over-tyranny swag in the afterglow of the Bill O’Brien firing.
As a home favorite over the past two seasons, Watson has averaged 5.5 more fantasy points per game versus all games when he wasn’t a home favorite.
