It was nice to get a bit of normalcy back last week with the kickoff of Week 1. This week’s slate should feature some fireworks with four of the 13 games sporting totals over 48 points. There are a few duds, of course, but we’ll see if we can work through the slate and find some trends that can help us with our Week 2 lineups.

Readers of this article from last year will know my love and affection for Cooper Kupp ($6,700). We get more and more evidence each week that Robert Woods ($6,400) is the real deal, though.
Woods saw more expected points than the rest of the receiving corps combined! That’s not to say that Kupp can’t have a spike week here and there, but it’s pretty clear that the connection between Woods and Jared Goff ($5,800) is a real thing. It appears that Goff-Woods stacks will be one of the staples of my DFS lineups in 2020. According to the GLSP app, Woods has the third-highest ceiling of any WR this week.
