College Football Breakout Players: Future NFL Studs

College football is back! We’ve already seen a few games, but now the Power Three conferences are kicking things off too. The start of college football brings a new round of players primed to break out that will quickly hop into NFL Draft discussions.

We’ll dive into some of the top breakout candidates that you should monitor as things start rolling. Some of these players already have a decent season under their belts. But all of them are in a great situation in which they could earn top NFL Draft capital.

If you play devy, dynasty, or any other kind of fantasy football, knowing these names now should give you an edge over your league mates. Let’s dive in.

Wide Receivers

Joseph Ngata, Clemson

As I mentioned earlier this summer, if you’re looking for the next great Clemson wide receiver to dominate both college and the NFL, look no further.

Joseph Ngata was a top-50 recruit in the entire nation when he joined the Clemson Tigers. He showed up to last year’s spring games at 6 feet 3 inches and 210 pounds, instantly making his presence felt. And while he only caught 17 balls last year, his time to shine is now.
