In my recent piece, I used the RotoViz Range of Outcomes App to highlight three wide receivers who have a significant difference in where they’re ranked in the App compared to their current ADP. Continuing with another of our incredible tools, I’m going to use the NFL Pace App to uncover hidden values at the wide receiver position.
The NFL Pace App is a fantastic tool to use when looking for passing vs. rushing trends, the overall pace of play, percentage of plays where teams go no-huddle, seconds between each play, and the total number of plays run. Some teams fit the perceived narrative: the Atlanta Falcons have been among the most pass-heavy teams in recent years. Other teams provide hidden value for their secondary players.

Earlier this offseason, I touched on why Christian Kirk fits the mold of having a potential Chris Godwin-like breakout season this year. He’s not the WR1 on his team thanks to the addition of DeAndre Hopkins, but his past production combined with the offensive potential of the Arizona Cardinals hints at sneaky value.
