With pick No. 35 in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns selected Georgia running back Nick Chubb. Chubb exploded onto the national scene as a freshman and may have been the Bulldog’s best back despite sharing the field with Todd Gurley, Sony Michel, and Keith Marshall.[1]You could argue that this means it’s the school and not the player, but Gurley’s success is a valid counterpoint. He suffered a significant injury as a sophomore that likely impacted his draft stock. With the frame of a workhorse — standing 5 feet 10 and weighing 227 pounds — he will be able to shoulder as many carries as the Browns are willing to send his way.
