Every year there are players that fall into our lap as apparent values. Perhaps their situation has changed, or they were impressive in a small sample the prior year. Tyreek Hill is one of those players. Now that the Chiefs have cut Jeremy Maclin, he seems destined for a big year after being the WR12 over the second half of 2016. However, not everything is as it seems. Hill is a player you need to avoid in 2017.
