I hope everyone enjoyed the first weekend as much as I did. From 10 AM Sunday morning to 2:30 AM that night, I watched 14 hours of football, did eight miles on the treadmill, and consumed more than enough wings and ice cream to still be at a calorie surplus.[1]The miles, wings, and ice cream all occurred simultaneously with the football watching. The missing hours represent a break for a real dinner.
