Something unusual is going to happen in the NFL Draft this year.
For the first time since 2005, multiple pairs of running back teammates are going to be selected in the same draft. Derrick Henry and Kenyan Drake from Alabama, and Alex Collins and Jonathan Williams from Arkansas, are all likely to be chosen in the top 150 picks. For draft evaluators and dynasty owners alike, this means wading through the numbers and usage to figure out who has the best chance of NFL success and in what situation. In my own quest for understanding, I went back to the beginning of this century to see what patterns I could detect. I think that what I discovered will be helpful to dynasty owners.
