The 2016 RotoViz Scouting Index (RSI) has recently been updated, and there has been some change in the running back rankings, but not at the top of the board. Still, a recent item has caught my attention regarding No. 4 running back, Louisiana Tech’s Kenneth Dixon, who is participating in the Senior Bowl.
