There are plenty of qualities that can determine whether or not a player is selected by an owner in a dynasty rookie draft. Most of them are totally justifiable (40 times, dominator ratings, etc.) and some of them are purely personal (He prefers Twilight to Harry Potter? Undraftable). In general, my criteria can be summed up like this:
