A Jakeem Grant Update: The 2016 John Brown

Shortly before Texas Tech’s loss to Louisiana State in the Texas Bowl, I wrote a draft profile on Tech redshirt senior wide receiver Jakeem Grant, noting his similarities to Tech predecessor Wes Welker, his differences from Tech receivers who had underperformed in the NFL, and ultimately his status as an “Arians receiver.” Read the original article for fuller analysis. This piece is an update. Bottom line: Grant looked good before his bowl game. He looks even better now.
