The RotoViz Reality Sports Online Strategy Guide: Our Writers Tell All

We gathered 16 of our finest writers to compete in the RotoViz Reality Sports Online league. The startup process had two stages: A rookie snake draft and a veteran auction. The number of strategies employed were as diverse as the motley crew of drafters.

Here are seven of our writers explaining how they approached the one-of-a-kind format that replicates the NFL front office experience with salary caps, multi-year contracts, and “dead money.” As with all drafts, not everything went according to plan. But you can pull together a winning strategy by learning from our triumphs, and mistakes.
