Exciting Dynasty, Devy, and Best Ball Additions for 2019

Last week, we announced 11 writers in our Lead and Featured categories. Writers are the backbone of what we do here at RotoViz, and they led the way for us in 2018. I also mentioned that more exciting developments were on the horizon, and I have the pleasure of detailing a few of them today. With the dynasty, devy, and best ball seasons now churning into high gear, three of the top minds in the fantasy industry are bringing their talents to RotoViz.

Curtis Patrick – Dynasty Coordinator, Marketing and Social Media Director

After writing for RotoViz in 2016, Curtis is back in multiple capacities. As our new Marketing and Social Media Director, he’ll be one of our lead voices on social media, through email campaigns, and in site development. On the fantasy side, he’ll be serving as Dynasty Coordinator, where he’ll be working with our fantastic group of lead writers to continue building out the dynasty content: rankings, tiers, apps, roster construction, advanced stats, player evaluations, and more. As a writer he’ll provide devy, college football, best ball, and redraft content throughout the year. You can follow Curtis on Twitter @CPatrickNFL

Travis May – Developmental Dynasty Coordinator

While our other two additions have previous connections to RotoViz, I’m just as excited to get my first chance to work with Travis May. Our new Devy Coordinator is one of the most knowledgeable college football writers in the business. Beyond his excellent devy rankings, Travis brings a background in prospect game charting and visual scouting. I’m looking forward to the integration of these new elements with our metrics-based scouting approach as we strive to give readers the most well-rounded view of the devy landscape. Mike Beers – Best Ball Tools and Visual Applications

Mike was one of the first “pros” to win the prestigious Pros v. Joes challenge, a fierce FFPC best ball competition. He did it representing RotoViz in 2017 and will now be providing his fantastic Best Ball apps for the 2019 season. If you’ve ever used Mike’s tools before, you won’t be surprised when I tell you that I started playing with them the other day and when I looked up two hours had passed in a blink. If you’re a best ball participant, these tools will pay for your RotoViz subscription all by themselves.1 They give subscribers new ways to interact with roster construction, draft trends, and portfolio visualization. These tools will be available to all RotoViz football subscribers very soon. You can follow Mike on Twitter @beerswater

  1. I’d say they provide the key insight for turning your best ball drafts into a money machine, but I’ll save that for my articles on how to use them…  (back)
