3 Bold Predictions for Week 14

In this bold predictions series, we’ll look at weekly matchups, using history as a contextual backdrop – as well as in-season trends – in order to unearth unexpected events that have a chance at coming true.
Last week saw us get back on the board, while just missing out on hitting a second prediction.
  • The amazing Alvin Kamara does it again, and thanks to his 29.6 fantasy points this week, he owns the mark for the second-best fantasy regular season by a rookie back, behind only Ezekiel Elliott.
  • While Kenyan Drake posted the best rushing line against the Denver Broncos all year, his 120 yards and a TD weren’t enough to outscore all of Denver’s backs combined, thanks to their 10 receptions while in catch-up mode. Final score: Drake – 23.1, Broncos three backs – 26.9.
  • Joe Mixon never had a chance of outscoring Le’Veon Bell after leaving with a concussion, but he wasn’t going to top Bell’s 29.2 fantasy points anyway.
