2018 NFL Draft Prospect: Jalin Moore

On December 23rd, Jalin Moore and the Appalachian State Mountaineers close out their season against Toledo in the Dollar General Bowl. This is a re-match of the Raycom Media Camellia Bowl from 2016. You can watch the redshirt junior on ESPN at 7 EST.


Moore is a 5-foot-11, 205 pound running back from Shelby, North Carolina. He attended Crest High School and racked up 2,753 rushing yards and 49 touchdowns his final two seasons. Moore also dominated as a kick returner, amassing 492 yards as a senior on only 12 returns. He led Crest to the North Carolina 3-AA state championship game and was named the South Mountain Conference 2A/3A Offensive Player of the Year. As the No. 93 prospect in the state, Moore fielded offers from Gardner-Webb, Southern, and Wofford before committing to Appalachian State.
