The Buy Low Report – Week 12

Welcome to the penultimate week of the regular fantasy football season. Hopefully, your team is still on the hunt for a playoff spot. Although I identified Week 10 as trade deadline for this column, some leagues have their deadline in Week 12. As such, I have added a quick hits section discussing players who represent excellent value for contending teams. As always, feel free to ask me player-specific questions in the comments. Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving everyone.

  1. You're ridiculously stacked at WR, so moving Hyde + one of those guys should net you Hunt + another RB3 if that's the way you want to go.

Alternatively, you could try and snag Freeman + a player of your choosing if you're moving one of those players. Not sure which WR you should move though as I like a lot of those guys haha

  2. Ended up sending Hyde & Funchess and received back Hunt

  3. Could've been worse. I had Julio Jones, led by 88 before the Steelers/Packers game and still lost.

  4. Hmmmm who's available on the wire? I think the Chiefs being #NotGood are actually good for West since he replaces Hunt when the team is in hurry up mode. But it is a tough matchup and I don't mind dropping West if you think the streaming QB is a better option than Stafford (assuming Stafford is good to go)

  5. Winston might be a good add honestly. I'd prioritize him over the others. Mainly because the Packers are a super soft secondary. If Winston won't go, Fitzpatrick is a good play as well.
