When playing in PPR leagues and using strategies like Zero RB, it’s important to seek running backs who catch passes. In terms of scoring, a target is more valuable than a rush attempt. RBs who are targeted frequently are often undervalued. Let’s see which teams targeted their runners the most and least frequently last season to help us decipher which running backs could be over or undervalued.
