THE TEXAS RACE RECAP
Matt and Nick talk about the Texas race, which was won by Jimmie Johnson and where Ryan Blaney was a surprise dominator. Nick talks about the strategy he used for the Texas slate in mass-multi entry GPPs compared to single-entry and 3-max GPPs, which helped him still turn a small profit in a week where he almost completely whiffed on the dominators.
ALL NEW CONTENT
Nick talks about the new content that will be available with the RotoViz subscription, including the new NASCAR Sim Scores App (will be linked Saturday morning) where you can compare current drivers to similar past drivers to see how they performed at the current track or other closely related tracks. Nick will also be doing ownership percentage projections in his Picks and Projections article from here out, so make sure to click the “Support the Podcast” button above and get a listener’s only 30% discount to all of Nick’s premium NASCAR content.
THE BRISTOL RACE PREVIEW
Nick talks about how races at Bristol tend to play out and how you can use the high caution and restart rate to your advantage. With 500 laps scheduled, they discuss dominator strategy, but they also talk about how to alter your roster construction should the race be under threat of rain. Nick also talks DraftKings pricing this week (because there are some big value plays on the board) and how that will impact ownership percentages this week.
The show’s introduction is provided by the vocal talents of Randy E. Aguebor (@RandyAguebor), the Arbitrage James Earl Jones.
